Lachlan – Home Loan

Meet Lachlan who recently purchased his dream home on the Hunter River.

Nestor Ramirez our Senior Mortgage Broker at Watson Mortgages met with Lachlan who was living in a house he renovated but was situated on a very busy road. Lachlan needed to get out and was looking at various places in the area that were quiet with not a busy road in sight!

Not long into the process he discovered his dream house, backing directly onto the river in Maitland, that was beyond what he could of imagined. He contacted Nestor and told him “I found the house!”

The next day, he discovered that there were many others vying for the property also. He contacted Nestor quickly to inform him “We need to get this home loan fast, can this be done?”.

Nestor pulled out all the stops and made it happen by securing his home loan. Lachlan is now very happy to declare “I got my dream house!”
